The 2008 Eggerhaus documentary, digitised and online

A DVD about the Eggerhaus was produced in 2008. The two films show what nobody can re-stage today: how the log house was taken down beam by beam and re-erected at Am Wiesenhof – and how bread is baked in the oven of the black kitchen. The films were rescued from the DVD in 2026 and upscaled to 1080p; picture quality matches the 2008 original. Both films are in German.

Bread baking at the Eggerhaus

Firing, loading, baking – the oven in the black kitchen
