Controller

Kulturverein Eggerhaus, Am Wiesenhof 69, 4813 Altmünster, Austria, kontakt@eggerhaus.at. Data protection contact: Mag. (FH) Michaela Mayr-Spießberger, m.mayrspiessberger@gmail.com.

Principles

The Kulturverein Eggerhaus processes personal data only in accordance with the law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

Visiting this website

This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics and loads no fonts or content from third parties. When you visit, our hosting provider BunnyWay d.o.o. (bunny.net, Slovenia, EU) processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time and requested address in order to deliver the pages and prevent abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Access logs are kept with anonymised IP addresses and deleted after three days at the latest; we only count page views per day from them, without any reference to individuals.

When you watch one of our films, your browser remembers where you stopped, locally on your device (localStorage) – nothing is sent to us. Links to Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps or OpenStreetMap only connect you to these providers when you click them.

Contact and forms

If you contact us by e-mail, phone or a form on this website (contact, venue enquiry, membership application), we process the data you provide – such as name, e-mail address, phone number and message – to handle your request, organise events or manage memberships (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Form data is stored on bunny.net servers in the EU and forwarded to the association by e-mail.

Event registration

For events with online registration we store your name, e-mail address, phone number (if given), number of persons and note in order to manage places and inform you about changes or cancellation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You receive a confirmation by e-mail. Registration data is deleted no later than six months after the event.

Newsletter

For the newsletter we store your e-mail address and, if given, your name (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your subscription only takes effect when you click the confirmation link (double opt-in); the time and IP address of the confirmation are stored as proof. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by e-mail at any time. After unsubscribing, your address is deleted.

E-mail delivery

Confirmations, notifications and newsletters are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany) as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Brevo processes e-mail address, name and message content on servers in the EU. See the Brevo privacy policy.

Data is processed only to the extent necessary and is not passed on to third parties unless required to run an event or by law. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. Member data is kept for the duration of membership and afterwards within statutory periods.

Photos at events

Photos or short videos may be taken at events and used to document the association's work and for public relations (website, social media, print). We respect the personal rights of people shown. If you object to the publication of a picture in which you can be recognised, please contact us.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. Contact kontakt@eggerhaus.at. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
